Keep On Walkin’

After Jesus fed the 5,000 plus, he told his disciples to get into a boat at the sea of galilee and go to the other side. As the disciples obeyed, Jesus went up the mountain to pray (Matthew 14:13-33).

An unexpected storm battered the disciple’s boat and they began to panic, fearing death. Jesus came to them, walking on the water.

Peter may have thought…I can stay in the boat and drown or join Jesus on the waters and walk. “lord, if it is you, command me to come to you on the water.” Jesus said, “come.” Peter walked on the water but started to take a nose dive when the reality of the storm hit him! Jesus caught him and brought him up.

When you face life’s impossible, inevitable, inconveniences and injustice, remember, what is over your head is under Jesus’ feet!
